Processing Time & Shipping Overview

 

At Aukala, we take pride in crafting one-of-a-kind, handmade pieces. Each hat is a work of art, carefully shaped and finished by skilled artisans. Because of this, our standard processing time may take up to 15 business days before shipping. While we strive for efficiency, certain designs require sourcing unique materials and coordinating with our artisans—true craftsmanship takes time.


That being said, all orders are typically dispatched within 15 business days, but in rare cases, due to the artisanal nature of our hats, shipping may take up to 30 days. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Order Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


If your order hasn’t arrived within 2 days of the estimated delivery date, please reach out via the Contact page with your order number and full name, and we will assist you.


🚫 Shipping to P.O. Boxes:

Some carriers have limitations when delivering to P.O. Boxes. We recommend providing a home or work address to avoid delays.

 


 

Returns & Refunds


We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition. Upon inspection, we will process a full refund minus return shipping costs.
